You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

You have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within fourteen days
from the date on which you or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier took over or
took over the last delivery of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this
contract in the form of an unambiguous statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail) of your

withdrawal form, but this is not required.

In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send a notice of the exercise of the
right of withdrawal before the expiry of this period. To be eligible for a return, your item must be
unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund to you, without undue delay and no later than 14
days from the date on which we received your notice of withdrawal from this contract, all payments
received from you. We will use the same means of payment that you used to make the original
transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed with you for refunds; However, in any case, you will
not be charged additional costs because of this return. We have the right to refuse to refund
payments received until we have received the returned goods.
